This residential project in Kentish Town was commissioned by a private client to enhance and extend the upper floors of their property.

The aim was to improve layout, create additional living space, and deliver a refined, contemporary finish throughout.

Scope of Works

The scheme included a new loft extension, full renovation and reconfiguration of existing upper floors, and installation of new windows throughout.

Internally, the works covered four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and circulation spaces including hallways and landings.

MATTR Projects were appointed as main contractor from Stage 5 (Construction) through to project completion.

Our team undertook all structural works, finishes, and the full supply and installation of the project scope, delivering a seamless, high quality result.
