MATTR Projects provided commercial construction management services for the new Passyunk Play — an extension of the original Passyunk Avenue restaurant located within the iconic Leake Street arches in Waterloo.

Scope of Works

We collaborated with the client to define a tailored procurement strategy and tendered individual trade packages for the works.

This approach enabled flexibility and cost control while ensuring quality delivery across specialist trades.

Our Role

Following a successful tender process, we coordinated and entered into contracts with a principal contractor, as well as mechanical, electrical, and catering contractors/suppliers.

The project was successfully completed in October 2024.
